What is Your Exchange Policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can exchange it within 5 days of delivery. Exchanged items must be new and in unused condition. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Mattresses, Foundations, Bedding, Linens, and Cordless Power Packs cannot be exchanged. To return items for an exchange please contact us via email or call the store. All exchanges are subject to round trip delivery charges. All exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Always measure the space you plan on placing the furniture to make sure it will fit prior to making an order.
FOR ALL ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES:
Item(s) must be unused and free from damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains.
Exchanges May Not Be Issued If:
- The item(s) is determined by J.R. Furniture or the manufacturer to have been used, damaged by customer.
- If the item(s) is not returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
We work closely with our vendors and strive to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and angles are exact; however, there are sometimes small discrepancies. J.R. Furniture will not responsible if any of these are slightly different from what was advertised. All of our information is provided to us by our vendors. Any questions or hesitations based on color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order, and if not fully addressed, J.R. Furniture will not be held responsible. Always measure the space you plan on placing your new furniture to make sure it will fit prior to placing an order. If an item does not fit in a customers home and needs to be exchanged, customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee as well as round trip delivery fees. Additionally, mattresses, bedding and linens cannot be exchanged.
